Kentucky is moving too fast on charter schools. This law will fundamentally change public education in our state. There needs to be an informed, thoughtful, transparent and bi-partisan process. Input from teachers, parents, and community leaders should be solicited and heeded. HB520 is a bad bill that is being rushed through this session. Slow it down!
